As a coach specializing in corporate coaching, I focus on helping organizations and their employees achieve peak performance, enhance teamwork, and foster a culture of growth and development. Trauma and Emotional Healing 

As a coach specializing in trauma healing, my approach is centered around providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals who have experienced trauma. I understand that healing from trauma is a deeply personal and often challenging journey, so I meet my clients with empathy, sensitivity, and a non-judgmental attitude.

In most cases, rather than hours of cognitive therapy, using neuroscience methodologies, we can process trauma effectively and quickly.

First and foremost, I create a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their experiences and emotions related to the trauma. I listen actively and attentively, allowing them to express themselves freely without fear of judgment or criticism. By validating their feelings and experiences, I help my clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

Next, I assist my clients in understanding the impact of trauma on their lives, including how it may have affected their thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. Together, we explore coping mechanisms they may have developed in response to trauma and identify patterns that may be hindering their healing process.

Once the client is aware of the trauma and its negative effects, we are able to go to work on processing and replacing Post Traumatic Disorder with Post Traumatic Opportunity by replacing the unwanted behavior with a behavior that contributes.

I also provide my clients with tools and techniques to help them regulate their emotions, manage anxiety, and reduce symptoms of trauma-related stress. This may include mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, visualization techniques, and grounding exercises that help them feel more present and centered in the moment.

Additionally, I help my clients cultivate self-compassion and self-care practices that promote healing and resilience. We explore ways to nurture their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, such as engaging in hobbies, spending time in nature, connecting with supportive relationships, and practicing self-care rituals.

As a coach functioning as a fractional CEO, I serve small to midsize companies, where they either don’t have CEO experience or don’t need a full time CEO.  I  step into a unique role where I blend my expertise in coaching with strategic leadership responsibilities. My primary focus is to provide strategic guidance and direction to the organization, leveraging my experience and insights to drive growth and success.

Having been a leader of several organizations both as startups and through acquisitions for over 30 years, one of my key functions is to work closely with the existing leadership team to align goals, clarify priorities, and develop actionable plans to achieve desired outcomes. I bring a fresh perspective to the table, asking probing questions and encouraging innovative thinking to unlock new opportunities for the business.

In our sessions, we create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about themselves. Through open and honest conversations, we help clients identify any negative self-talk or limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.

I assist clients in reframing their negative self-perceptions and cultivating a more compassionate and empowering inner dialogue by finding the root cause of the belief systems.  Sometimes, discovering whose voice is in your head and undoing those conversation and replacing them with new productive belief systems.

Start Up CEO Coaching

A lot of startups die not because of technical or engineering reasons but purely for people reasons. I work with startup CEOs, sometimes as a requirement from the board of directors or the investors, to bring the emotional intelligence it takes for the entrepreneurs to communicate effectively with the rest of the team to stay on target with the goals and plans.

This sometimes requires deep work of trauma and trigger processing. Often entrepreneurs are so drowned in their purpose and ideas, they can’t see where they maybe failing.

I often help in creating actionable plans detailing  specific goals and deadlines to drive business progress in addition to provide training on managing teams, resolving conflicts, and inspiring employees.
